The sample preparation is simplified for laboratory routine. For a safe and convenient check-up of the pH-value prior to sample extraction, a special stabilising reagent with colour indicator is available. The correctly coloured indicator assures the setting of the appropriate pH value range (pH 2 – 5). Alternatively to this method with manual sample preparation, RECIPE offers ClinRep® Complete Kits for automatic pipetting systems from Gilson.
