Serotonin

Die Bestimmung von Serotonin erfolgt zusammen mit seinem Metaboliten 5-HIAA , um den Tumor zu bestätigen oder auszuschließen. Der RECIPE-Testkit ermöglicht eine schnelle und spezifische Bestimmung von Serotonin aus thrombozytenreichem Plasma, thrombozytenarmem Plasma und Serum. Zur Bestimmung aus Urin steht ein zusätzlicher Test zur Verfügung.
