Die ClinMass® Komplettkits mit Bestellnummer MS7000 ermöglichen eine schnelle Online-SPE LC-MS/MS-Analyse von 25-OH-Vitamin D (D2, D3) mit einem Injektionsintervall von nur 3 min.
Das C-3 Epimer von 25-OH Vitamin D3 (3-epi-25-OH Vitamin D3) wird hinreichend vom Analytenpeak getrennt. Optional ist für eine höhere Auflösung bei geringen C-3 Epimer Konzentrationen eine alternative analytische Säule mit Best.-Nr. MS7035 verfügbar. Die Analysenlaufzeit beträgt dann 4 min.
